Sports:"Get and Stay Active" by Mikaella from Cyprus


Are you active enough?
Some hobbies are good for our health. Some of these hobbies are sports like basketball, volleyball and football. Football is the most famous sport especially among boys. Girls like watching football too, but they do this because they like the footballers and they don't really mind about the score. At school, we do sports, at our lesson of P.E. (Physical Education). We, also, learn field, race-courses and others. But students aren't keen on these sports only. In their free time they like cycling and going to the gym. Girls also like going to dance lessons and boys usually go to football practises after school. These help them keep fit and enjoy their free time!! Teenagers love sports. At weekends they go for ice-skating something that they are really mad about. Some mothers tell that if their children want to keep fit they can help with the housework! There are many things to do if you want to improve your health. The important is to make exercise a habit you can't live without!

Remember: Get active and stay active!
