One of my favourite sports is cycling, because it is very funny and I like riding a bike with my friends a lot. In Spain, the best cyclist and winner of “Le Tour de France” is Alberto Contador. He was born in Madrid, on December 6h, 1982. In 2007 he became the youngest Spanish cyclist who won the Tour of France; the second in the Giro of Italy 2008, and whe won the Spanish Tour in 2008 too, so he was the first Spanish one who had won three big competitions in the world( record which the Frenchmen Jacques Anquetil and Bernard Hinault, the Italian Felice Gimondi and the Belgian Eddy Merkx had obtained) He is one of the best climbers of the moment and also he became one of the best to do the three biggest stages.
My favourite sport is volleyball. I love playing and watching it. In the past I used to play it about three times a week but now I don’t play it any more. Volleyball is a fantastic sport and I’ d like to play it again. In my ex team there were only girls, now they play tournaments and I am one of their greatest fans! However I play volleyball in my free time. The Italian national team won the World and European Championships. My favourite sportswoman is Francesca Piccinini. I love volleyball because it is very exciting.

Bruce Jun Fan Lee (Chinese traditional 李小龙, pinyin Xiǎolóng Li, San Francisco, November 27, 1940 - Hong Kong, 20 July 1973) was a Chinese actor, martial artist, philosopher. Born in San Francisco and grown up in Hong Kong, Lee is the most remembered actor in the world for the presentation of Chinese martial arts. His films, produced in Hong Kong and Hollywood, elevated them to a new level, for the first time and suddenly increasing the interest in this type of discipline in the West. Lee became an icon especially for the Chinese, as a portrait of national pride. Some saw Lee as a model for acquiring a strong and efficient body and a high level of physical fitness, while developing skills in close combat. Despite the violent content of his films, Bruce was actually a peaceful person and against the use of martial arts as a means of offence and leadership.
On the occasion of what would have been his 65th birthday (November 2005), a commemorative statue was laid on Avenue of the Stars in Kowloon, in his memory. In 1993 he was also honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in Los Angeles.
Football is my favorite sport and i have played since I was small. i always liked football but it did not become a big deal.But the important thing is participate my favorite player is Fernando Jose Torres Sanz. He is striker for liverpool fc in the premier league, He began his career in the youth ranks of atletic of Madrid.
My favourite sport is dance. I like all types of dance. I attended eight years of classic and modern dance, but I want to try a new dance and I think I will do Latin American dances, because I like them a lot. Last summer I did couple dancing for two months in an afternoon course at the seaside and I had a very good time!! It was a wonderful experience, also because I had the possibility to meet some stars of this field, such as Umberto Gaudino, Raimondo Todaro and Stefano di Filippo, who won the world championship in 2008. I watched them carefully while they were dancing on the stage during a performance of theirs and I dreamed with them: I hope to become a good dancer, but I have no illusions. The most important thing is to devote oneself completely!

My favourite sport is dance. I'm a fantastic Latin American dancer! Exactly, I dance samba, cha cha cha, rumba, paso doble and jive. My idols are Riccardo Cocchi and Julia Zogoroutchenko, who are champions in this sport. I like Stefano Di Filippo and Hannah Korttunnen, too.
I've been practising this kind of dance for six years, since I was eight. It is very hard. I participate in some competitions every year. In this sport, the dancers wear particular clothes and shoes. They are very expensive because there is Swarovski crystal on them. I love that!

My favourite sport is Artistic Gymnastics. I like watching and doing it in my free time. My favourite gymnast is Vanessa Ferrari. She is a World Champion Gymnast from Italy. She won the Gold Medal in the All Around Competition at the 2006 Word Artistic Gymnastic Championship. She won many other medals. I love gymnastics because it’s very beautiful and very fun.
My favourite sport is dance. I have liked dancing since I was a little girl and now I attend dance classes twice a week.: on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 to 7 pm. Dancing is a very beautiful thing, especially if you do it for passion. When I dance I feel free and I don’t think about anything else. My favourite ballet dancer is Rossella Brescia. I like her because even if she is not so young any more she is still in shape and she transmits emotions when she dances.

He was born on 5th February 1985 and he is a Portuguese footballer who plays as a winger for the Spanish club Real Madrid and also in the Portuguese national team. Ronaldo is the most expensive player in football history because he was transferred to Real Madrid from Manchester United for £80 million .In 2008, Ronaldo won his first UEFA Champions League title, and was named player of the tournament. He was named the FIFPro World Player of the Year and the FIFA World Player of the Year, in addition to becoming Manchester United's first Ballon d'Or winner in 40 years.
My favourite sport is classical dance. I started it when I was three. My favourite ballet dancer is Polina Semionova, she’s twenty five. She dances at the most important theatre in Berlin. I love dance because it is beautiful. When I dance I don’t think about anything else. In my future I’d like to become an important dancer or I’d like to teach dance to children.

My favourite sport is football. I have loved it since I was five years old. I like watching matches on TV and my favourite team is Inter! I think it is the best team in Italy and it has a lot of good players. I play football in a team called "Pink" (because in it there are only girls...!). We train twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays. We take part in a tournament every year. This year we are in a good position in the table, but not first, like Inter! Anyway, it doesn't matter, because I enjoy myself very much playing football!
I think that sport is very important but I don’t like doing sports because I am very lazy.:) It is very important because it is useful for your body and health. In this period I’m going swimming but I don’t like it very much.

I haven't got a favourite sport, but when I have free time I go to the gym and to the swimming pool. I like swimming because I relax. If I could I'd stay in the water all day! In fact, I go to the swimming pool or to the gym when I've had a bad day, because then I feel better. I go there about 3 times a week. I usually prefer going on Saturday afternoons, before going out with my friends. Anyway, I think swimming is more interesting and relaxing than working out in the gym.
My favourite sport is ice-skating. This sport is very interesting for me but I have never even walked on the ice rink. The most popular Italian figure ice-skater is Carolina Kostner. She was born in Bolzano on 8th February 1987 and now she lives in Oberstdorf, Germany, where she studies and prepares for the competitions. Carolina has participated in several competitions, which have made her famous; in the year 2001, in fact, she won the Italian Junior Championship and many other competitions followed, which brought her to be named by the president of Coni standard-bearer of the Italian team, on 22nd November 2005. Obviously she has made some mistakes during her competitions; however, for me she remains the best ice-skater.
My favourite sport is dance. I’ve been practicing it since I was 4 years old, so for 11 years. I love dancing, it is a way to relax, to think, to reflect and it is a way to express what I don't succeed in saying with words. I have always loved it since I was a child. When I dance I don’t think about anything else, it is as if the problems that I have at that time magically faded away. Dancing with these feelings is a wonderful thing. I do classical, modern, contemporary, jazz dance, tap-dancing and hip-hop and these various types of dance are all splendid, each in its way, and each of them allows me to feel a different feeling while I am dancing. In short, dance for me is a sport indeed, but it is especially a performing art. The people who don’t practice it don’t know what happens inside you when you dance. My favourite sport: Horse-riding. Horseriding is the art of maintaining precise control over a horse, and the different ways to handle it. The riding includes also the knowledge to care for horses and the use of appropriate equipment called harness, rig or harness. These equipments are essential when riding a horse and this will have the animal controled. Horseriding is a sport which needs precise control over a horse and requires a very good animal care and cleaning by the rider.
I love swimming. I swim in Badajoz swimming club . I train five days a week in swimming pool. I go to the competition of swimming once or twice a month with my friends of the club. I swim crawl styles and batterfly better ,I am a little bad at backstroke and breathstroke . My favourite swimmer is Aschwin Wildeboer. he was born in Holand and his parents come to spain. He swims better at back style and he has a mark of 42,20 second in 100m back, it is a world record. He won the first golden medal for Spain in European Competition.
One of the sports that I like most is the synchronized swimming because it is a sport that combines swimming, dancing and gymnastics. The synchronized swimming consists of doing dance moves in the water. It is a sport principally for girls. In Spain there is a team of synchronized swimming that has won many awards, this one is composed only of girls. It is a very beautiful and elegant sport .
One of my favorite sports is football, because it is a very simple. It is a very popular sport, and most people like and play. My favorite team is Atlético Madrid, of course, but my favorite player plays for Barca, it is Lionel Messi. I don't like playing football, but I like to see on TV or live.

Mikaela from Cyprus wins the famous Chihuahua with 15 comments on her post! Chihuahua is a very small-sized dog with a proportionately robust build and distinctive facial features. Their body is stout and just longer than it is tall, and they have straight limbs. They have a sickle-shaped tail that curls over the dog’s back or off to one side. They have an apple-shaped head with a short, tapered, pointy muzzle. Their large eyes are round, dark, and can sometimes be ruby or luminously-colored. They have large, triangular-shaped, erect ears that are a distinguishing characteristic of this breed. Chihuahua puppies have a soft spot on the top of their skull that closes as they become adults. There is a long-haired variety of Chihuahua, but the most common variety is the short-haired Chihuahua.

Their chest is comparatively deep and their loins are sturdy, taut, and feature a slight tuck-up underneath. The neck of the Maltese is long enough to enable a high head carriage. The breed’s back is level and the ribs are well-sprung. Their limbs are finely boned. Forelegs of this breed are straight, with their pastern joints devoid of any substantial bend. Their strong hind legs are sturdy and moderately angulated at the hocks and stifles. They have small, round feet with black toe pads and a plumed tail that is carried elegantly over the dog’s back. The Maltese’s head is of medium length and well in proportion to the dog’s size. They have a slightly rounded skull with a moderately defined stop. Labrador Retriever is a strong, medium-sized dog with an athletic, well-balanced appearance. They are a short-coupled breed with a body that is the same or just longer than it is tall. Their back is strong, their topline is level, and their wide, strong loin denotes flexibility. They have a comparatively long neck that is muscular and rises in an arch from the shoulders. Their underbelly is almost straight, with little to no tuck-up being present in adult specimens. Forequarters of this breed are well-muscled, balanced, and sturdy. They have shoulders that are well laid-back and form a 90 degree angle with the upper arm. In addition to enhancing mobility of the dog’s forelegs, this angle allows the dog to achieve a strong forward reach.
Second prize is a Pomeranian and this goes to Marianna from Cyprus (21 comments). The Pomeranian is a compact toy dog with a short-backed build and an alert, intelligent expression. The breed is curious and buoyant, and every move they make is sound and coordinated. Their medium-boned body is slightly taller than it is long, and the length of their limbs is well in proportion to the rest of the frame. They have a short neck that is set well into the shoulders to permit a high head carriage. Their top line is level and their ribs are well-developed. The distinctive tail lies flat and straight against the back. Their moderately muscled shoulders are sufficiently setback to provide support to their neck and allow their head to be carried proudly.
The American Cocker Spaniel is the smallest breed of sporting spaniels. They have a compact body with a short back and a gently sloping topline. Their legs are stout, straight, and well-boned. American Cocker Spaniels have a defined, round head with an abrupt stop and a square jaw. Their friendly eyes are round, dark, and close-set, and their strong teeth meet in a scissors bite. Depending on the colour of coat, an American Cocker Spaniel could have a brown or black nose. American Cocker Spaniels have a beautifully soft, lush, silky, feathered coat.
