Badminton and 'volàno'

My favourite sport is called badminton. It’s similar to tennis, but the ball is smaller. It has a kind of fan in the bottom and it’s called “volàno”.
The racket has a long handle and the circular part with the net is smaller than in a normal tennis racket. Maybe you’ve seen this sport in cartoons. It’s a bit strange, and a little hard, because the ‘volano’ is small and difficult to see. I discovered this sport at school. I’m learning it and I hope lots of people can enjoy it!
